General shipping

In order to provide the cheapest price to you for products, our fulfillment times are expected to be 7 business days. Standard shipping rates starts from $6 per shipment for orders under $300. As the size, and weight of shipments increase, so do the costs of shipping. To make sure that everyone pays a fair price, shipping costs will be calculated & displayed in the shipping stage of Checkout. For transparency, we use the following information to determine shipping costs:

• weight of product(s)
• weight of package(s)
• origin of shipping
• destination of shipping
• shipping carrier & shipping services (air vs ground; rural; weekend; etc)

 

Large shipping

In the event that large shipping is required that cannot be used on courier services, we will use cargo/freight services. We will make best efforts to show these services at Checkout, however there may be instances where shipping costs are too prohibitive. In these cases, our team will reach out to you to provide you options. 

 

Express shipping (same day/next day)

Express shipping rates start from $20 per shipment. If you live in a qualifying area, we can offer express shipping services for orders that are received before 1pm NZT Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that this service is entirely dependent on the carrier's ability to fulfill this, so once we pass it to the carrier, it is out of our control to meet these deadlines.

 

Saturday shipping 

If you order an item that's in stock on Friday before 1pm NZT, you may have the option to select Saturday Shipping. Please note that Saturday shipping is not available in all areas.

 

Signature required

If you don't want the delivery driver to leave your package unattended upon shipping completion, please select this option. This is especially recommended for high-value items. Neither the shipping carriers or Interactive Agent are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged, or lost after you accept an item for shipping.

 

Rural shipping

If you live at a rural address, you must select the Rural Shipping option at Checkout for your item to be shipped. Unfortunately, we must charge this additional fee because rural shipping carriers are subcontracted to third parties to ship your parcel from the nearest shipping carrier depot. This fee is passed on Interactive Agent.

In the near future, we will be offering a subscription service that will include reduced shipping costs, or free shipping on qualifying products. Please subscribe to our newsletter if you want to find out when we are releasing this service.
