CHANNELS

Text and voice channels are split into categories for convenience. The `Lounge` is an open hangout channel. Voice channels are categorised into basic genres.

CHANNEL USER LIMITS

There are channels that have small user limits, particularly in the `Battle Royale`, and `LvR RvB` (Left vs Right, Red vs Blue) categories. - these are for people that only want their team members in the channel. Please be courteous, and only enter these channels if invited. There is a dedicated channel for those looking for a team.

MUSIC

There is currently no music bot enabled on the server. The Discord Community Playlist can be found pinned in the #track-requests-recommendations channel, or you can click here.

STREAMERS

Those who wish to be listed in the Streamers role need to apply for it by submitting a ticket. Please see our Public Information Guide - http://bit.ly/2EFzRAO

RED LIGHT DISTRICT

This is where NSFW content is shared. You will need to apply for this channel by submitting a ticket. Graphic violence & pornography are prohibited. Some risque content from Twitter or Instagram, with context, may be permitted as long as it is within Discord's Community Guidelines (click here to view).

REPORTING PROCESS

If you have an issue with a Discord User or player from one of our game servers, please message a Manager using the template below. Issues are usually decided on a case-by-case basis. Please be prepared to provide relevant evidence upon presentation of your issue, as the Managers' decision is based on the information available to them.

HOW WE HANDLE INCIDENTS

We have a 3-strike policy, before offending Users are given a TimeOut role. This is a role that allows you to continue seeing contents of the server, but are unable to participate. These may have a maximum of 24 hours, but its length is decided by the Support Team/Managers. Repeated offences will extend the TimeOut period; for serious offences, escalated action may be taken. All incidents will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

APPEAL PROCESS

If you had a Moderator or Manager discipline you, and you feel there are grounds for an appeal, you may message a Manager that wasn't involved, using the template below:
